Meet Willie Jooste.

Willie Jooste is not just a consultant; he is a pioneer in change management, known for his innovative approach and deep understanding of organisational dynamics. With a strong foundation in clinical psychology and certifications in Kotter and Prosci methodologies, Willie has the unique ability to navigate complex human and organisational challenges with ease.

 

Willie’s career began as a Psychological Officer in the South African National Defence Force, where he honed his skills in psychological interventions and strategic problem-solving. His journey through leadership roles at Sasol Mining further solidified his ability to manage large-scale change and development initiatives.

Since 1999, Willie has been a trusted consultant for numerous high-profile clients, including Sasol Mining, Kenya Airways, Trafigura, Transnet, ArcelorMittal, and Accenture. His work includes leading ERP implementations, facilitating organisational restructuring, and conducting change management audits across Africa and globally.
